"Unprocessable Entity Error"

I am new to Glucose Buddy Pro. I have about a week of data and keep trying to sync from my iphone4 to online and the error message I get is

'sync status' An unprocessable entity error has occurred. This condition may be temporary. Please try again.

I have tried several times over several days with 2 way sync and 'upload only' with no luck.

Any ideas?
