Default Quick Sync Issues

Hi. I just started using GB this weekend and love it. I have entered about 2 weeks of logs in it and tried to upload it to the website. On the Quick Sync icon, there is a red 67, which I know are the logs that need uploaded. I click the icon and it says syncing and the circle goes around. The problem is that it goes around and says that for over an hour and nothing ever happens. No warning message, no final message. Nothing but syncing. I have tried multiple times today. I've checked my username and password letter by letter about 4 times to make sure that they match and they do. I've rebooted by iphone 5 and tried again with the same result. I don't know what else to do. I've read through everything I can find on the forums and I can't find anything else to try. I'd appreciate any help or guidance you can give. It's a great program and I'd love to be able to utilize it.
Also, one other thing. It has asked if I wanted to upgrade to pro and I might want to, however, it never tells me how much it is. I'm afraid to click accept that it will automatically make the charge. How much is it to upgrade?
