Default Please add unique identifier to records in exports

I would like to be able to download the data from GB and pull it into a database for more reporting options.

However, Without a truly unique ID for each record, there's no easy way to tell if a given record is "new" or if it has been modified.

For example,

If I take a BG reading on 1/1/2012 at 00:01, and then import that into a databse, and then subsequently realize that it was at NOON rather than at Midnight...then I update the entry and redo the import.

There's no way for the import routine to know that the record was updated rather than is a NEW BG reading, 12 hours later.

I'm sure your database has a unique ID for each record..it must for it to work properly. Could you please add it to the export? Users who don't want that data can just delete that column of data from the excel sheet that results.

I thought of using the date/time field to generate a uniqueID, but that won't help any if you change the time on a record. It will still look "new."

Please advise.
