The two-way-sync is between the "cloud" server and a portable device. Many people use this to monitor their children's data; for instance the child uploads the data from their device to the "cloud" server, then the parent downloads the data to their personal iPhone. More information is available, just do a tag search on "two-way-sync".

Yes, the sync is still intermittent. Please read through the "two-way-sync" information to make sure that you need this. If you don't have multiple devices and you don't crash your current portable device, you may not need it.

Actually I bought the extras so I expect it to synch. It doesn't synch regularly, at least once a day & sometimes for a couple of days. Fix it

Well at least you HAVE sync! If you are from the wrong side of the tracks (Android) we don't even have the sync option.

If they don't come up with sync for Android soon, I will have to look for a different app because sync is important to me (us).

I find that if I wait 30 seconds or so and try again, the second attempt works almost immediately.

The few times it didn't, I realized that I wasn't connected to a network. (I use an iPod Touch, which needs WiFi.) I connected, then tried again, and it worked immediately.
