Problem Entering New BS
I just started back using the website and sometimes now I'm having trouble entering a bs. Sometimes it works fine other times it just won't take the info. Is this a current problem or just on my end?
ETA: My subject was supposed to be PROBLEM not probably. ;-) Anyway, I checked again and my info finally was entered. But I had to do it three times and I noticed this a few days ago too. Not sure why. |

Welcome to the Forum!
You are doing nothing wrong. We are all experiencing the same difficulties. The reason for this is the app has not been updated for the latest iOS. Hopefully, all will be well in the near future. Keep hitting the "Quick Sync" button for now, until the problem is fixed.

I'm talking about the website version, not the phone app. Not sure if that makes a difference? I actually haven't used the phone app for a while but it worked fine the last time I did.

Yes, it makes a difference.
I have never used the website to input data. I always have the portable device with me, so that is what I use.

Well, it seems to be working ok now....just a little slow at adding a new bs to the list at the bottom. This morning is was a little faster than yesterday though. Since I am usually home I most often use my desktop. Occasionally it is more convenient to use the phone app. So far I haven't had any problems with it.Thanks for your comments.
