helo guys, eat limited food in time. just lie for sometime, don't sleep, after having lunch and walk a little after having dinner. surely it will keep you healthy.

I am practicing Yoga to keep my body healthy.Also it will help us to lead our life in a systematic manner. Practicing Yoga is simple but efficient

No doubt HEALTH is WEALTH.Diet is the main thing for being spend healthy life.We should careful regarding our foods and eating habits.Do some kind of physical work outs on daily basis,which also helps us to spend healthy,happy, and active life.

But yoga is little difficult at starting levels. Because it hard to move you body like the instructor says but after some time you learn all the works. But really its very good for maintain your fitness and also easy then cardio exercises. I think we all should try this once in life.
