A truly normal A1c is between 4.6% and 5.4%

Default Calculated A1c v/s Blood Tested A1c

Has any one compared GB A1c (Calculated) wich Lab (Actual) A1c? How does it differ? 10%, 20%

Calculated A1c is based on manual input at the time and instrument used. I believe the actual lab result will be higher. I would like to know, aprox how much.

The calculated A1c is actually very close to the Lab A1c for some people.

Default Calculated A1C v/s Actual A1c

Does't glucose level spiked immediately after meal for first two hour before it come down to accepable level? Recommentations is, for most patients, to check glucose after two hours after the meal. also during crash the level goes very low before insulin kicks in. Does calculated A1c reflects these conditions?

Yes, from the website. It's not as accurate as the lab analysis, but will give you an estimate of how you are doing.

I've compared the estimated value to my lab results over the past year and found as much as 25% difference. That said, I don't blame the app as it can only be as accurate as the data provided. Unless you're recording your glucose levels every hour, 7 days a week, the calculated value is going to be biased based on when and how often you record your readings.

From my results, I'd say the calculated value is good for seeing a trend but if you really want to know your true A1C, see your doctor.
