organic Apple Cider Vinegar
Do anybody use Apple Cider Vinegar. It has a lot of health benefits. It helps with your blood sugar, blood pressure, cholesterol, etc. I have been using it for a month now and highly recommend it.

I have heard about taking that and that it is good for you. How are you taking it. I tried a spoon of it and it is nasty. I tried it in a glass of water and wasn't to pleased either. What's your way?

Make sure the bottle say Apple Cider Vinegar With Mother, I just add a teaspoon of it in 8 Oz water and drink it, the taste got to me until I tried it with distill water and now the taste don't bother me at all. I know a lot of people add honey and ginger to it as well but I didn't try it because honey contain sugar. The best ACV to purchase is Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar

I have been doing it for about a month and a half now and it lowered my blood pressure and I lost 12 pounds. I take it two ways apple cider vinegar , cinnamon, lemon juice, water and ice or I make it as a tea.

I tried it once but I don't like the taste. So, I never do it again.

I mix mine with Beyond Tangy Tangerine. It's the only thing that masks the funky taste.

I mix Apple Cider Vinegar with Olive oil and use it as dressing for Salad. Eat lots of salad every meal.

I have used Bragg's Apple Cidar Vinegar with Mother 2 tea table spoons with water in a cup in the morning for about 6-7 months. I do not see any control over Sugar or BP levels or in weight reduction
