Default Help blood sugar out of control

My blood sugar has seriously gone out of control, had it Dow to 170 or so and all of a sudden my readings are 545, 520, 452, down to 298. I take MetFormin, glipizide, levemir. I am not eating carbs things like bread or pasta. I think it might be the tea I started drinking but still I use to have one or two glasses at night never a problem but now it is. I am lost as to what can be causing it.

Stop eating and drinking all the things that you think may be the problem. When your blood glucose comes down, then add them back in, one at a time, if you want.

You should strive to get your average blood glucose down to less than 140. Your body will thank you down the road. Read through the first three threads in the Type 2 Section, they will help you a lot. Good Luck!
