Default red wine ( Slender red wine )

I do not drink, but was told this red wine is good to help lower your BS. Just 5 oz a day will help. Is this true or anyone know more about red wine?

Alcohol will raise blood pressure in many people. Red wine without the alcohol is available. Here is a link on red wine.

Default red wine

Nutritionist told me she does not recommend red wine for a diabetic, but she said, hey, you've got to enjoy the life you live, so have a glass or two occasionally, but make sure to have a protein with it to even out the glucose. Marlene
