Yes, I would say so, if it is made correctly. Some versions can contain sugar, so read labels or choose shakes that are specially formulated for people with diabetes.

I found one made by Atkins that only has 3 grams of sugar, 2 grams carbs, and 15 grams protein.
It tasted ok, but I had to shake it up really well to avoid the watery taste. The downside is that was $4.75 for 4 bottles. |

the exercise is a good action to get the blood sugar level low. and the supplement may help on side. Cinnamon oil is a good one
