Gift app problems
Hi I bought a gift app for my wife, and having confirmed the payment through my credit card, I got the message that both she and I would get emails relating to the gift app.
Since then NOTHING, and no response from the support people, does anyone have any experience of the 'Gift App' and/or suggestions. |

I am sorry to say that I have never used the gifting. It would appear that there is a problem, since you have not received the promised email. Have you contacted Apple iTunes Support?

Unfortunatly the GB expressly says the buyer can not use the itunes credit, but separatly via credit card. So it would appear that buying is not through itunes.
The I am contacting the credit card company in relation to the purchase, however. . . |

I thought the only way to get the app was through iTunes. It would appear, to me, that they would need to send you an iTunes credit to download the app. I would contact the credit card company as well. Good Luck.
