Did you update to pro?
You may need the two-way-sync, more info is available by doing a tag search on "two-way-sync". Please advised that the data exchange is from the "cloud" back to the iPhone or portable device. However, if you just updated to the new update GB V3.7, your data should be there just as it was before.
