My daughter was recently diagnosed with Type 1. Will there be any issue using multiple downloads of the iPhone app on one account? I will have the app as will her mother, my wife, and her mother's husband.

Most likely there will be some issues, but it can be done and will most-likely require the two-way-sync on the multiple devices. This is if you plan on inputting her data in from multiple devices. Usually, it is best to dedicate one device for input of the information and everyone else can follow the information, via the website by just giving everyone the account name and password. Here is a link to problems that others have had. I hope the information is helpful.
