Default Hi All

Hey guys Daisy~34 here.... Having a bit of a hard time adjusting. I had an A1C of 5.4% right before I had a total Thyroidectomy done a week ago on the 7th and was put on a number of meds that are throwing my SUGAR levels through loops. Testing/eating & testing again is a bit depressing. This may last me a few months and I don't want to damage or cause harm to my organs, eye sight and/or feet, what are some of the best sites to get the BEST food ideas and practices out there. Thank you so much for putting up with me while I'm here.

Welcome to the Forum!

There are some links in the GB "Healthy Cooking and Recipes" Section. You should also try counting carbs, if you are not already doing so. Keep testing and good luck with your control and management.
