Default new to this software

Hello. I'm new to the software but not type 2. Been type 2 for about 12 years. I'm only 41 so my late 20's is kind of an unusual time to get it. Lately I've been putting on same weight due to a job change and stress there and then a few weeks ago I read the study from the English group that did the restricted calories diet. It looked interesting and if the results are anywhere near what they got im willing to try it. I made a website to track my progress. 600CaloriesPerDay.com I am hoping by posting my efforts I can keep myself on track and accountable. I've never been one to follow a specific plan but I wanted to take some drastic measures and see what happened. Has anyone else read the study or tried to duplicate it?
