I hope this post doesn't offend anyone. I am 27 and from time to time I am having problems in the bedroom. I am having no problems becoming hard but form time to time I am having problems getting off. It will fell like I am about to but it will be extremely difficult or I will not be able to get off at all.

Yes having high bs and the meds can cause problems in that area for sure. Some of us has lost all use so count yourself lucky. I am 37 and have had no use for 3 years.

The common problem with diabetics is the mechanism that restricts blood flow from exiting the penis is no longer functional. I would seek out a urologist asap. I'm not a doctor but you may have a blockage which could lead to more serious issues or it may just be a lack of testosterone.

I also hope not to offend anyone, but this is a serious subject especially for men. I'm 39 years old. When I was 36 yrs old my sex life started going down hill very fast. In just a few months time I noticed just adjusting into a position for "thrusting" would cause me to be winded and lose my erection. That was over three years ago and since then I still have not once been able to do "thrusting" (if you know what I mean) act. Now my brain has been rewired during all this time. I only receive oral. That's it! I come across as that selfish guy who just sits there and I hate it. Now the erections I get are only present during the act (oral), but the second any action stops the erection is QUICKLY gone. The mental tole this has put my mind through is the worded. I'm depressed, shy, not aggressive and basically no fun. My life is going and so are all kinds of sexual opportunities. The years don't come back.

I bring this to my doctors attention around once a year. I kinda wanna try testosterone or something to give me my energy back!!! But it's always the subject that's brushed off. I'm at my wits end
