Tips for dealing with Cold & Flu
Hi,
I am not sure if I am posting this in the correct place, but does anyone have a tips for dealing with colds & flu? I am Type 2 (diagnosed about 4 months ago) and I am currently treating this with Diet & Excercise ... and have come down with what seems like the start of the flu. Ironically, I was due to have my flu-jab next week, so it has now been postponed until later in the month? Any help & advice would be greatly appreciated. Denis |

Most cold and flu medicines are not diabetes friendly. You should consult with your pharmacist and/or your doctor. There are some meds that we can take and they know which ones they are. I hope you feel better soon.
