Smile Hello from Wiltshire

Hi,
I was diagnosed T2 at the end of March this year with a A1c of 11.6 at the time. Having managed to persuade my Doctor to let me have a go a controlling it with Diet and exercise, I have just received my results that I have now got this down to 7.6 (mmol/L).
Am due to see the Diabetic Nurse in two days time, and hoping they will let me continue as I am as they wanted my to be below 7 if I was to avoid medication.
I have learnt lots from this forum, so I just thought I should start sharing my experiences also.
Just want to say I could not have done this without GB.
