Default hi from London

Hi I am Ian type 2 since 2003 I have been on metformen and vildaglipton with gliclazide to keep the sugars in control. Unfortunately good HBA1c results can result in complacency and an element of denial After an increase in medication coinciding with an increase in blood sugar now one bad test away from insulin. Still a good kick up the backside things are going to change. This app is a great start.

Ian;

Welcome to the Forum!

Get plenty of exercise, watch what you eat (you may want to try counting carbs) and you may be able to ward off the insulin beast. Good luck with your battle!
