hello. new to it all.
Hi. I'm a 31 yo woman who thought she was doing so much better and got blood work back and wasn't at all. I'm newly labeled type 2 and am struggling a lot. I try new things but there is a lot I don't like (food wise) so it's a whole new world....

Welcome!
New world is correct! My doctor told me a year ago after I was diagnosed, that it's a complete life changing event that will have highs and lows, goods and bads. But to always remember that your not alone and to never give up..... |

Welcome to the Forum!
Read through the first three threads in the Type 2 Section, when you get a chance, if you have not already done so. These threads will most-likely help you a lot. Self education is one of the keys to successful management of your diabetes, along with a healthy / sensible diet and exercise. Basically, diabetes requires a life-style change for the better. Good luck with your control and management.
