Building Muscle as 53 yr old Type 2
I am looking for insight and help on how to gain muscle while keeping my bg between 70 and 130 at all times. I know to really gain muscle requires a lot of calories, protein and carbs. I need help understanding what is needed and how much and when. I have been diligent since diagnosis last June. by sept a1c was 5. I a hope my march a1c is 4.7. my sugars I am on top of. I want to keep it that way.
