Default natural remedies

Has anyone explored natural remedies? I have been drinking apple cider vinegar in my water and it really helps my blood sugar. Also use cinnamon, coriander, and lemon... Does anyone else have any suggestions I have reduced my meds but I would like to get off of them... I am down to 2.5mg of glipazide.

I have also used Berberine and Banaba leaf that seems to help. I only take 200 MHz of Metformin a day

Have you heard about Doctor Bernstein? He wrote the book Diabetes Solution.

It's all about the carbs. By controlling carbs, home remedies are much more influential.

Yes there are some natural remedies which will definitely lowers sugar level. I have used olive leaf extract for type 2 diabetes and it really helped me. But it can be taken under medical supervision of your doctor.
