Default glucose levels when sick

My blood sugar has been great the last several weeks then I got a bit of a stomach bug and my sugars are much more erratic ranging from 110 to 170 in 1 day despite my diet that usually works! Any thoughts?

When you are sick, the blood glucose levels will rise. There is nothing that you can do about it. Just ride it out. I hope you feel better soon..
