Snapshot
When I tell it to capture my graph... It says it will print a copy to my photos, it does on my iPad but doesn't on my iPhone 5? Any help would be appreciated.

Are you pressing the Home Button and the Hold Button (top right) at the same time? This works fine, on my iPhone 5, for screen captures.

I really don't understand what you mean home button and hold button are?
I tried to capture my graphs for email and they are not in my library as the app says. So I tried a bunch of times to capture and it won't allow me to do so. Says it's in my library! Frustrating!! |

I tried to capture my graphs at month end. It didn't show up in my pictures library. I have repeatedly tried to capture, however I receive a pop up telling me there is a snapshot in library ready for email. Really frustrating. I have tried emailing support at gb buddy but....no one home or willing to help!

Ok. What's that supposed to do? All I want is to capture my graphs like the app says it's supposed to do but it didn't. The APP won't let you do it a second time. You say one thread is sufficient? Well I have sent two emails to glucose buddy and receive not one response! How many of those does one have to send?

Ok...tried the button pushing thing...it's a no go! Messing with this app is getting worse each time. Three times now when I have came into the forum I get a pop up telling me I need to correct my password etc. that they are incorrect then re launch glucose buddy! And to think I paid good money for this app! Geeeez!

It's a good app dano. Problem is I cannot capture my graphs so I can submit them to my dr! That one thing alone makes this app worthless! I don't know who you are but saying your sorry doesn't cut it! If you are with glucose buddy then resolve my problem with the app! If your not then thanks but no thanks! Maybe I have done something that has caused this who knows. Problem is glucose buddy isn't there to help! They won't answer my emails. Take my money and run! I simply think it sucks that glucose buddy won't respond!
