Web Settings Dont match App Settings

Web Settings Dont match App Settings

Why is it that my units of measure are metric (m/cm/kg/ etc..) are correctly set in the App, but on the Web Site it remains in feet & inches & lbs? I'm from Australia and those imperial measurements as all greek to me.
