Meal Plan Template
Does anyone have a easy to use template to help me keep good records of what I am eating and possibly the glucose levels? The one my dietician gave be is too small for me to write in and I am looking for something a little easier.

IPhone app - FatSecret Calorie Counter
I use this app daily to keep track of my carbs/fat/calories, I want to say it is either free or less than $5, pretty cheap. It has a very user-friendly DB and you can even scan the UPC codes on products to add to your diary. Once you use it for a few days, it becomes easier and easier to navigate.
Plus, you can sync it to their website where you can print out your daily histories. Check it out. Too bad Glucose Buddy couldn't develope a good food/calorie/carb update to its software, I know I would purchase it (hint..hint...).....Clint. |

What is the name of that app? It sounds great! With two kids and pg with a 3rd the last thing I have energy to think about is counting carbs!
