Overeaters Anonymous
Has anyone else found OA helpful to stop overeating which caused me to be diabetic?

I'm in another 12-step fellowship and I know several women in my groups are also in OA and they say it's VERY helpful. I've suggested it to a relative for her issues and she's just beginning to go and says it's helpful to know it's an actual addiction/disease and not internalize it as her being "bad" anymore - so I think OA is awesome.

I have found it very helpful. For me, eliminating sugar and wheat is making me drop pound like crazy and my blood sugar is perfect. Last night my sugar was 7.2 before supper and 5.2 after supper because i ate almond flour pizza instead of white flour!

Actually you sound like you we're reading the wheat belly book... It makes a lot of sense and trying to follow it. Although to my surprise the steamer veggies you put in the micro with geese has some wheat! 3 days into the plan and exercise by walking routine... Also going to sneering for OA which I think will help me
