Thumbs down Why does it keep freezing on my iPhone
Trying to log sugars and it's freezing practically every time. VERY frustrating, especially for an app I PAID FOR

Mine freezes every once in a while, but not as often as yours. Make sure that you are running the latest iOS and turn your iPhone off and back on to reboot it.

Did you try emailing their support? Ive tried emailing over and over and can never get a reply back from their support? and I too paid for the pro version of the software. Anyone out there ever get a reply back from support?
