Default very young child and a pump

I want to get my 4 year old a pump but I fear she may hurt herself or ruin it or give herself insulin and hurt herself any one else have young kids with pumps??

The medtronic pump locks so the child cannot fiddle with the settings etc. furthermore if the child wears it on a belt or brace on the back its out of sight and so to say out of mind. Pumps are very successful with small children. Google for more information. Speak to your doctor and ask to be put in contact with parents of such kids. Good luck

I got mind at age 6,they have great cases now,id go for it at age 5!
