It is De-stressing relaxing has a feel good factor increases circulation gives you some relaxing time out . sports massage is different this gets into your knots is not so relaxing but will feel better if you have a muscular problem maybe not while its being done as you could get some therapeutic discomfort but it will sort out the problem .
