Default First Impressions

Last Wednesday I began my journey into the world of Continuous Glucose Monitoring. I know that 5 days isn't really appropriate for any kind of official review of this thing, I'm naive enough to think that my first-hand impressions might matter to someone weighing the possibility of their own CGM. Now you know the drill: I'm not a medical professional. The words you are about to read are my own unique impressions. This isn't an absolute guide to how the Dexcom works, just what I'm thinking as I look in the mirror and see this device attached to me. Now when I say something like my cell phone is always "on my hip", I guess I have to add a clarifying statement - next to my Dexcom sensor.
