Smile Mrs. P

Hi...I'm new to this, so it will take some time for me to get with it I'm sure. I've been a diabetic since (officially) Feb. of this year and am lucky in that I don't need medication yet. My diet and exercise is my help. So far, I'm doing fine, have lost about 20 pounds and am exercising daily. I'm sure the biggest problem will be continuing to keep track of my carbs and calories and staying on track. I know I'm in this for the long haul and I hope that this web site will help.
