Still No Updates, Another Yearly Subscription Charge
This is getting ridiculous - no updates for 10 months or so, no response from tech support, broken features, and I just got charged for another year of MultiDevice sync.
Not that $12.99 is a big purchase but it really irritates me when I am paying for a partially crippled piece of software that we can't really get a straight answer on. Has anyone had _ANY_ contact with the GlucoseBuddy people? Is anything actually happening there or should we be d/l our logs on a daily basis on the presumption that the company could disappear at any minute (or maybe already has disappeared for all ongoing purposes)? Has anyone found a workable alternative that fulfills the original promise of the app? ragnar01 |
