won't save
Some times it takes for ever after you his save all logs on the website, and sometimes it never saves. Is this a know problem?

Yes, the app needs updated to run in iOS 5.0 & 5.01.

We all have the same issues with the same update version. GB 3.6.5 came out nearly a year ago. It has not been updated since iOS 5.0 & 5.0.1 came out.

So, it is useless? I wish I could find a clear answer. I enter logs on PC and don't see them on website. This sort of sucks and before you start telling me that it is free...well.

No, it is not useless. If you enter the data and save it, then it should show up. You really should input from the portable device, because getting the info back from the website, to the portable device, will cost you money. BTW the app is free, the add-ons are not.

My issue, is that the device often won't connect to the GB server to sync the logs. The logs ARE saved to the device but, if I'm needing to print three months of logs for the Doctor, I can't because the current logs are still in the phone, and the phone won't sync. It used to connect anytime, every time. Not for since the last update.
It's very inconvenient to say the least. And don't say "what do you want for free," because I've paid for all the add on's. Don't get me wrong, it's a great program, and much easier than keeping paper logs. It would be nice to know if there will be an update anytime soon. Or, is this a server side issue? Everyone is having the same problem. The problem stems from the incompatibility of GB 3.6.5 with iOS 5.0-5.1. I have been assured that the app will be updated in time. For the time being keep hitting the "Quick Sync" icon, it will eventually send your logs to the cloud.
