Default log sheets

i need a sheet to record them on for my dr. the printout this gave me was just a big list. it didn't look too clear. is there somewhere i can get good sheets that have spaces for before AND after meals, not just before?

You can go to the website under My Diabetes; My Logs; View Logs and choose:
[All Today Last 7 Days Last 30 Days Last 90 Days] for the time frame and
[A1c Glucose Medicine Food Activity Pressure Weight] for the information that you want to show, on screen as, "ON" and Export Filtered Logs to a CSV file. The file you can print or manipulate the data in excel or word. I generally create a "Doctors Report" using this information and screen shots of the graphs.

iPhone/iPod touch/iPad has apps to log sugars and email or print lists. You could call or ask doctors or meter companies such as onetouch to give you a log book.
