Strength training
I am a 22 yoa type 1 diabetic for 20 yrs now. I would like to start the new year off by getting stronger. I barely weigh 120 lbs and feel weak most of the time. I was wondering if someone could give me an exercise routine that would help with strength training as well?

Hey there. Go check out www.bodybuilding.com and find a work out plan. I have been lifting weights for the last year. I love it way better than cardio. When you do lift weight your sugar will raise some so I follow up with 15-20 mins of cardio.
