Welcome to the Forum!

Most foods that are good have carbs, there are several that are good for you that have no carbs.

Congrats on getting sober and on controlling your diabetes. I actually found getting sober WAY easier than getting my diabetes under control. It's easy not to have that first drink; at which point the second, third, and (in my case) the twenty-third doesn't become an issue. On the other hand, you can't stop eating, so it makes control of those carbs that much harder. Again congrats and keep up the good work!
