Hi
My name is Gregory, I'm 51 years old and have pre-diabetes. It all started a few months ago when I was going to the bathroom every 15 minutes. I knew something was really wrong so I went to the doctor and my blood sugar was over 400, how much over he didn't say, just over 400. Three months later I'm off the meds but not out of the woods just yet. I use Glucose Buddy to keep track of things including my blood pressure. I have switched to a mostly plant based diet and I excerise daily. I've lost 23 lbs down from 278 and I feel pretty good. My fasting levels are still higher than they should be and I think most of that is caused by stress and not enough sleep. Nevertheless it is still too high and I'm working on it. Together I think we can beat this. |
