Default New Member! High Fasting Number...

Hello! Well, I am new to all of this. I was diagnosed with Pre-Diabetes because my fasting number in the morning is too high. Does anyone else have this issue, and what do you do? They have told me to watch my diet and exercise. Well, I exercise..a lot. I don't eat a lot of fried foods or carbs. So, I don't know what to do. I guess the next step is medication. Any suggestions??

Welcome to the Forum!

Read through the "Blood Sugar 101" thread in the T2 Section. Good luck with finding what works for you.
