Default blood pressure

I have low blood pressure. What could be the cause? The numbers in the mornings are generally in the 90's over 60 something with heart rate at under 70. I feel fine and don't have any side effects of the lows. Should I be concerned?

Here is a chart to help you decide what to do. There is a lot of info on the web, just google "blood pressure normal in morning".

I started having low BP about 6 years ago. Mine Is due to autonomic nueropathy, however there could be a number of reasons. I would suggest tracking it at different times of day for a week, or two, and then discussing the results with your doctor.

Smiles,
Jenny
