There is no "dosage chart" for nova-log flex-pens. Each individual is different and the insulin dosage is determined by your doctor and/or endocrinologist, which calculates your Carbohydrate Coverage Ratio Factor and your High Blood Sugar Correction Ratio Factor. Did your doctor not give you this information? He should also have sent you to a dietitian who explained carb counting and how to cover these with your bolus injections.
