26 and have no control
Hi I was diagnosed when I was 11 and haven't had many issues but for the last two years my sugar levels have been running sky high and so I've been seeing my doctor every month but its not helping. I think it's stress - do any of you get affected by stress with your diabetes and how does it manifest it's ugly self. Not sure what to do as it's a vicious cycle.

Does stress raise your blood glucose and if so do you just increase your bolus dose with meals?

Yes stress can affect your blood sugar, so can being sick, getting an injury etc. If it is stress causing your problems maybe you need to be on some kind of anti anxiety meds or something. I'd deff talk to your Dr about it
