Default cure diabetes naturally

Everyone can benefit from consuming cinnamon. If there is a dangerous part of the future onset of diabetes, can help prevent the daily intake of cinnamon. On the other hand, if you have diabetes and type2 diabetes, cinnamon can help lower your blood sugar is high.

I have had type 1 for 14 years and never heard of this!! Good to know, especially since I'm struggling to lower my A1C!! Thanks for the tidbit!!!

also hibiscus water will lower it i drink it with out sugar its unnexpensive and better than soda

Hello.. I have type 2, and on metformin, was recently.. Well, Jan diagnosis, a1c 7.8. I have found that berries.. Blueberry, raspberry, blackberry can also lower the blood sugar as well as lemon with water. My A1C past Friday, mar 11, was checked again, 6.2. It's been, well feels like a long struggle to lower it. Also was eating less than 30 g carbs a meal. I hope there are other foods not only filling can help lower sugars.
