Default Erectile issues

I hope not to offend anyone, but this is a serious subject especially for men. I'm 39 years old. When I was 36 yrs old my sex life started going down hill very fast. In just a few months time I noticed just adjusting into a position for "thrusting" would cause me to be winded and lose my erection. That was over three years ago and since then I still have not once been able to do "thrusting" (if you know what I mean) act. Now my brain has been rewired during all this time. I only receive oral. That's it! I come across as that selfish guy who just sits there and I hate it. Now the erections I get are only present during the act (oral), but the second any action stops the erection is QUICKLY gone. The mental tole this has put my mind through is the worded. I'm depressed, shy, not aggressive and basically no fun. My life is going and so are all kinds of sexual opportunities. The years don't come back.

I bring this to my doctors attention around once a year. I kinda wanna try testosterone or something to give me my energy back!!! But it's always the subject that's brushed off. I'm at my wits end

It's a real and significant problem. I would recommend a different MD. I found that a urologist (male) was most helpful. He can test your T level as well as RX cialis, Viagra, or other appropriate drug. Don't allow yourself, or your sexual health to be "brushed off".

Also, after seeing a Urologist, try to get into an exercise regiment that centers on cardio. This helps me tremendously to lower my blood sugar.

Hi
Been there and got the t shirt. There are "tools" on the market (sorry for the pun), such as prosthetic penis. Basically it is a hollow dildo, the ladies seem to love it. It does mean you have to get over the embarassment of it, but it is an option. Just add it to the foreplay.
Hope it helps.

You may want to see a cardiologist. Do you have stents or heart problems. Look into PAD? Peripheral arteries Disease.

I have arterial sclerosis, hardening of the arteries. I am considering having a penis pump surgery. Possibly that would be something you may want to discuss with a urologist.
