Hi, this is Marilyn
I was diagnosed with Type II diabetes in December of 2008, and since diabetes runs in my family it was no surprise. I went on a diet-and-exercise regime and managed to lose 23 pounds between then and March of 2009, but then got lazy and gained some back. I am back on track now and have lost most of it, but it's my goal to lose another 20 between now and the end of this year. Arg. It's really difficult!

Congratulations on the weight lose and getting back on track. I agree with you, in that it is much easier to put on than to take off.
