Hey Everyone Hello
....new to this site but not diabetes 15+ yrs Type 1. This is all a big head ache and a proportionate waste of time, I hate it. I've kept track of more blood drops than the human body holds. Nothing ever changes BS always goes up in the morning Because I need Hydration, right. New Doctor, New Diabetes Nurse and all I wanted was a CGM. Really would like some help with the ups and downs I'm getting old and they really bug me now. CGM, I say, you can always trust a machine. They do what they say they do. No magical seeds or vitamins in weird drinks and no exercise. Young people do exercise. I clean house wash clothes and clean up after pets buy groceries blah blah blah. It never ends. So now I'm here putting someone else's good idea in motion.

Welcome to the Forum!
Hopefully you count carbs and eat on schedule. Read through the first three threads in the Type 2 Section, when you get a chance, if you have not already done so. This is good information for anyone with diabetes. These threads will most-likely help you a lot. Self education is one of the keys to successful management of your diabetes, along with a healthy / sensible diet and exercise. Basically, diabetes requires a life-style change for the better. Good luck with your control and management.
