Hi I'm Rose
I've had diabetes for several years but never took it seriously. My A1c has recently gone up to 9.0 and I haven't been able to get glasses because my eye sight is fluctuating too much. So I'm now taking it seriously.

Welcome to the Forum!
Your eye site will most-likely stabilize, if you can get your average blood glucose down to less that 140mg/dl. Read through the first three threads in the Type 2 Section, when you get a chance, if you have not already done so. These threads will most-likely help you a lot. Self education is one of the keys to successful management of your diabetes, along with a healthy / sensible diet and exercise. Basically, diabetes requires a life-style change for the better. Good luck with your control and management.
