My problem is that at work people are always dropping off snacks, cookies, donuts, cakes, and candy (lots) and it’s difficult to stay away. We keep all the goodies in a room we call the meltdown room, I visit the area several times a day, I look around and most of the time I can walk away with just a taste or nothing at all but there are other days that I have to have something every time I pass by the room. I have tried going around but somehow I always end up in that little room

Before you go near the room put a mint or some breath spray in your mouth or even a piece of sf mint gum. Does the same as brushing your teeth and makes things taste bad .

Same problem at my work. I always have grapes and cheddar with me. Very satisfying and I don't crave the sweets "in the dreaded room" anymore. Good luck!
