Default The "support" tabs appear to be just for show

This is one of the few operators who doesn't even send an automatic "your question is important to us..." response, let alone an actual answer to a legitimate question about the app.

Shame.

There used to be a full time support tech and he was really good. Then he quit and we have not had any support since.
